Refund & Return Policy

At Denvik, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse.

• Items showing signs of wear or use.

• Products returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method whenever applicable.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Denvik will cover the return shipping cost.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
