1. Shipping Coverage

Denvik currently ships to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • 200Rs Shipping charges on all orders across Pakistan.

Any changes to shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations within Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Denvik is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding the status of their shipment.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.
